Tests got you down? Worried that you can't stop worrying?
Testing anxiety is a real thing and it can be overcome. In this presentation, you will learn tools and strategies that will help manage your stress, be more efficient when taking a test and using that stress and turning it into a catalyst for good.
These tools and strategies will allow you to keep anxiety from getting in the way of you success.

Community members with an interest in children's mental health and wellness are invited to attend an introductory session about the organization's goals and future plans. CCMH is dedicated to increasing awareness of behavioral and emotional disorders in children and youth in the community. This will be followed by a Q&A session about children's mental health featuring CCMH Board Members and practicing child psychologists, Drs. Carol O'Connell and Tara Tozzi.
